"The Winsor & Newton Mixed Media Pad is heavyweight (250 gsm) and high-quality. 7" x 11" is portable, but an entirely adequate size for creating watercolor and acrylic paintings, or pencil sketches. Applying water did not compromise the pages of this 30 sheet pad, or cause them to ripple. It is also archival quality, and does not contain acids or optical brighteners."

"This paper is thick, it is very nice. You can tell it's of high quality. It has a great texture. I used watercolors on this paper and I had no issues. I tried various pencils and pens on it and they all turned out amazing. I had no issues with their color or with them not blending. "The paper holds up well to being soaked in water except for the fact that it will curl. Although the next page was not effected at all and there was no protection used in between. Everything went onto the paper very nicely and am nit surprised by the curling as it is normal for paper to do that. It didn't deteriorate after drowning it in water it held up really well."
