1.1 Receive your free Art Mail Postcard Pack with any Winsor & Newton Watercolour purchase.
1.2 Packs are available while stocks last, limited to one per transaction & customer.
2. Eligibility and Spend Requirements
2.1 There is no minimum spend required to qualify when purchasing via winsornewton.com, except for Europe where a €19 minimum spend will apply and some international countries where €20 or different currency rate conversions apply.
2.2 Eligible products include all core watercolour ranges and complementary categories such as:
- Professional and Cotman Watercolours
- Watercolour Brushes and Papers

- Designers Gouache
- Watercolour mediums

Step 2: Winsor & Newton “Art Mail” Global Campaign Entry
The “Art Mail” Global Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Colart International Holdings Limited trading as Winsor & Newton, company number 03659130, whose registered office address is at The Mediaworks Building, 191 Wood Lane, London, United Kingdom, W12 7FP (“Colart,” “Sponsor” or “Our”).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Entry Period
1.1 Entries will be accepted from 00:00 GMT on 1 March 2026 through 23:59 GMT on 30th September 2026 (“Entry Period”).
1.2 Entries received after this time will not be eligible and not uploaded to the gallery.
1.3 By entering the Campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you successfully complete registration.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Campaign is open to individuals of any age. If you are aged under 18, you may still enter with the permission of your parent(s) or legal guardian but you will not be eligible to receive a prize.
2.2 Employees, agents, and affiliates of Colart, its parent company, subsidiaries, distributors, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the prize drawing but can still submit postcards to the Campaign for use as set forth in section 7.
2.3 The Campaign is open to entrants of any country or territory.
2.4 The Campaign is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Send us the pre-addressed freepost postcard in line with the expectations set out in the postcard promotion (the “Entry”). The postcard is included in the promotional pack which you will receive as a gift. Postage is free for the artist across all participating markets.
3.2 To complete the entry process, each Entry must be registered by scanning the QR code provided on the postcard or visiting winsornewton.com/registerartmail and following the instructions for registration, including, but not limited to entering the unique 6-digit code found on the front of their entry postcard.
3.3 Registration ensures each Entry is correctly matched to its creator.
3.4 Any person who submits an Entry or an Email Entry is an Entrant.
3.5 Bulk entries made from trade or consumer groups will not be accepted.
4. Prize Draw Details
4.1 Each eligible Entry will be entered once into the prize drawing., You may submit more than one Entry as long as each Entry is an original and unique work of art that satisfies the entry requirements as set forth above.
4.1 A total of 100 prizes will be awarded.
4.2 Each prize consists of one (1) of either a Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour Set (6 x 5ml) RRP £39.80 GBP. Or one (1) Winsor & Newton Cotman Pocket Set RRP £21.25
4.3 Total Retail Value of all prizes is approximately £3,052.5 GBP. based on UK pricing.
4.4 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
4.5 Colart reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
4.6 Bulk entries made from trade or consumer groups will not be accepted.
4.7 As an alternative to the postcard entry, participants may enter by sending an email to artmail@colart.com during the Entry Period (and “Email Entry”).
4.8 The email must include the entrant’s full name, mailing address, and contact email.
4.9 If you are located in Italy, please consult the local Italian Terms & Conditions [link], which have been adapted to comply with applicable local regulations.
5. Prize Draw Winner Selection and Odds
5.1 Winners will be selected in a random drawing (the “Drawing”) conducted by Sponsor (or its authorised representative) within 30 days after the Entry Period ends.
5.2 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5.3 Winners will be notified via email or mail within 14 days of the Drawing.
5.4 If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days, another winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Grant of Rights
6.1 By entering, Entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display, reproduce, use, create derivative works, sell and distribute their artwork, images, or text submitted as part of their entry for promotional or marketing purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. No financial compensation will be provided. By entering, Entrants irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any moral rights, including rights of attribution, in connection with the use of their Entry for promotional or marketing purposes.
7. Handling of Postcards, Online Gallery and Exhibition
7.1 Retention and Use of Postcards
All postcards received during the Campaign will be retained by Sponsor. Selected postcards may be included in a global Art Mail Exhibition, currently planned to premiere in New York and conclude in London. The exhibition will culminate in sale of the postcards to raise funds for Sponsor’s charity partner, Hospital Rooms, in support of its mission to transform mental health spaces through creativity. Any postcards not sold will be securely stored or filed in accordance with data-protection requirements. We cannot return any postcards.
7.2 Art Mail Online Gallery
Eligible postcards may be featured in the Art Mail Online Gallery published on winsornewton.com. In the event Sponsor decides to include an Entry in the online Art Mail Online Gallery, it will notify the Entrant by email. Entrants agree to provide Sponsor with a publicity release in connection with the use of the Entry.
8. Representations, Release and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Entrants warrant that they have the sole and exclusive right to grant the licenses set forth herein to Sponsor and that the Sponsor’s reproduction, publication, display, and/or other use of the Entry will not infringe on any rights of third parties, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity, or create claims for defamation, false light, idea misappropriation, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, or breach of contract. Entrant warrants that all necessary publicity releases have been obtained from any person appearing in their Entry. In particular, Entrant has been granted the right to use the likeness of any person appearing in an Entry in all manners granted to Sponsor by Entrant herein and to sublicense those rights to Sponsor. If requested by Sponsor, Entrants will execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and publicity release for use of the Entry in any of the manners authorized herein and will procure any necessary publicity releases from any people depicted in their Entries.
8.2 By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury, claim, litigation, or damage arising out of participation in the Campaign or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
8.3 Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries (including emails or postcards) or for any technical, postal, or communication failures beyond its control.
9. Modification and Termination
9.1 This Contest may be withdrawn or cancelled by Sponsor at any time without any obligation. If, in its sole discretion, Sponsor deems the Campaign is not capable of running as planned if or Sponsor believes that conditions, including such as computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, such as earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of God, labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, act of terrorism, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared), may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, Sponsor reserves the right, to terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Notice of cancellation will be posted at winsornewton.com/artmail. If Sponsor ends the Campaign before the end of the Entry Period, Sponsor may, in its discretion, determine the winners via random drawing from among all valid entries received up to the time of such termination, modification or suspension.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the drawing; to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or to have otherwise violated any of these Terms & Conditions.
If any Entry contains material that is violent, pornographic, obscene, illegal, inappropriate, or racially or morally offensive, does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or meet Sponsor’s standards for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, such Entry may be disqualified and not included in the Drawing.
10. Privacy
10.1 Personal information collected from entrants will be processed in accordance with Colart’s Privacy Policy: https://www.winsornewton.com/pages/privacy-policy.
10.2 Entrants’ details will be used for the purpose of administering this Campaign, awarding prizes, and promotion of the winners and Campaign, and any exhibits related thereto. Entrant’s details will not be used for additional marketing communication unless the entrant provides explicit consent.
11. General Conditions
11.1 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that violate these Terms will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to determine in its absolute discretion which Entries, if any, are displayed in the online and/or physical gallery of Entries.
11.2 Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Campaign are final and binding.
11.3 The Campaign and these Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.4 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.5 Income and any other taxes on the value of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
