Not usable.

"I'm sad the formula for this varnish (along with the label design) have seemed to change. I see a very distinctive difference in this new formula and I'm horribly disappointed. The old one (with the black label) was gorgeous and popped all of the colors beautifully without leaving any noticeable brushstrokes or milky texture. The new one does not melt into the canvas well, it seems to sit on top of the paint causing ugly waxy reflective texture and leaves all dark colors chalky looking. I have no choice but to find a new company's varnish to use"
