"I was surprised that the brush came packaged in only craft paper. There was no sizing or proper sleeve around it. Some of the bristles were bent. I went to the WN website bc I wanted to return it and was instructed to fill out a form, which I did, but never heard back. I then called and spoke with a representative and explained the situation. He asked me to send him a photo of the brush, which I did and haven't heard back. I would like a refund or a merchandise credit. I am not happy at all with the return process."
