Placing an order
Customers have the option on checkout to proceed as a guest, or to register with us.

For greater ease of shopping we encourage all of our customers to register with us to place an order.  You will be able to track your shipments, view order history and save your payment information for faster checkout.  All of your personal information is safe and will never be sold or shared.  We utilize SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology which encrypts your credit card number, name, and address so this information rendered unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been sent to the warehouse to be picked and packed. For more information, see our delivery section.

Check your order status
If you have registered with us, you will be able to check the status of your order.

To do this, please sign in or register at the top right hand side of the page and access ‘My account’ section. In ‘My Account’ you will be able to see all your recent orders and their current status. 

Order Status  Description
Order Paid  Your order has been placed successfully and payment has been taken
Order Sent to Warehouse to be Picked Your order is being picked and packed
Fully Dispatched
Your order has left our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming shipment along with the appropriate tracking number if applicable
Cancelled by Customer You have cancelled your order (see our policy here)
Cancelled and Refunded / Cancelled by Customer and Authorisation Reversed Your order has been cancelled and the order has been refunded
Problem with Payment / Order Declined by Merchant Your order has not been placed and no payment has been taken
Order Declined Your order has not been accepted and no payment has been taken


Change or cancel an order
If you are a registered customer and have recently placed an order and with to cancel it, you may do so in your My Account section on the My Orders page.  If your order is eligible to be cancelled simply click on "Cancel Order" next to the order.  If you do not see a "Cancel Order" then please visit our Contact Us page and one of our Customer Service representatives will assist you.

If you placed your order as a guest and have not registered with us, you will need to contact us here to request cancellation.

In case you would like to add items to your order, please place a complete new order. 

If you want to remove certain items from your order, you will need to cancel your order completely, and place a new order excluding the unwanted items. 

If you need to change your delivery address details, then please cancel your order and place a new order with the correct delivery address.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then please see our Returns Policy in the event of any unwanted products.
