A new look for Oils, Mediums, Varnishes and Solvents
The Winsor & Newton family of Oils, Mediums, Varnishes and Solvents have received a makeover, including 4 new additions to the range. The perfect complement to our colours, the range is now available in a new, unique PET bottle, ergonomically designed for ease of use and to reduce the risk of breakage in your studio or when painting on the go.

Winsor & Newton Artists' Varnishes by Marion Boddy-Evans
For some reason satin varnish always makes me think of Goldilocks: not too glossy, not too matt, but just right. It's odd because my personal preference for varnish is matt, so that no matter what the lighting or where windows are in a room, there's never glare on a painting. But those artists for whom satin is just right will be pleased to hear that Winsor & Newton have introduced this third varnish into the range of varnishes for oil paints - Artists' Satin Varnish.

Our Designers Gouache range has undergone an extensive review in our research and development laboratory to make it even better. The range has been updated and now offers a wide and balanced spectrum of 85 colours (82 colours are available in 14ml tubes).
